Douglas Control and Automation is a leader in providing innovative custom built, cost effective solutions for control, automation and vision inspection projects. Our ISO-9000 based quality system ensures that projects are implemented using a structured approach. System documentation is prepared to GAMP standards and all work is fully tested and documented.
Our expertise is broad based working in many industrial sectors including pharmaceutical, water and waste treatment, petrochemical, food and beverage and light manufacturing. Our batch automation (ISA S88 consistent) and system validation is of particular value to pharmaceutical customers, with all our systems designed and tested to comply with FDA 21CFR11 requirements.
We extensively use relational database management systems to integrate control and manufacturing execution systems (MES) with plant and enterprise-level information systems. For critical applications we offer guaranteed response service agreements 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
