Course Overview
A four-day basic training workshop allowing the participant to understand how InBatch interfaces to Wonderware InTouch Clients, PLC’s and the Wonderware System Platform (Wonderware Application Server, Historian and Information Server) Flexible Batch Systems. The workshop will enable the participant to develop their knowledge of the concepts and terms associated with flexible Batch Systems, to model Batch processes and to simulate operations.
The main features and topics seen throughout the workshop include: modelling the plant, managing recipes, scheduling and executing Batch's, recording history and generating reports on all Batch Processing activiities.

Install and Setup InBatch
Gain an understanding of how to apply the Batch control system to a Batch process application
Gain an understanding of InBatch's unique process modelling capabilities
Gain an understanding of recipe creation and management
Learn how InBatch can reduce life-cycle engineering costs

Install and Setup Microsoft SQL Server
Schedule database backup and restore activities.
Gain a brief introduction to Structured Query Language (SQL) which is utilised to query databases.
